A weekly meditation group sits every Thursday evening and Sunday morning in the studio upstairs. Free of charge and open to all Simhanada students, these sessions run from 6pm to 7.50pm (Thursdays) and 6.10am to 7.10am (Sundays); you can join in or leave at any time during this period. A bell goes off quietly every half an hour to give an indication of the time. Please move as quietly as you can if you join in late or leave early. Please sign in/scan your card at the desk as per a normal asana class (you will not be charged for the session). You can bring your own meditation cushion/zafu or you are welcome to borrow one of the blankets at the studio to sit on.
